I’m Jennifer, co-founder and CTO of Bloccpay, based in Dubai. We build stablecoin payroll and invoicing. Bloccpay has been in private beta since 2024 and has processed more than $500,000 in payroll and invoice payments.

The 3am payroll

A customer in Brazil needed to pay their team for a date that had already passed. The fix took one night. Building it properly took much longer.

Why a pay slip matters

A wallet history is not proof of income. Building Bloccpay’s payslips meant writing down what a document people hand to banks is allowed to say.
